Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for an experienced candidate with an excellent level of administration, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will need to:

be able to use a variety of operating systems and to transfer documents between them (android, Google docs, Word, Apple, Amazon tablets etc)
have a good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality (understanding what can/cannot be done electronically)
be able to use creative Apps, such as Canva to create exciting documents)
have excellent grammatical skills and good spelling knowledge
be able to accurately proof read documents before publishing
be able to convert documents to different formats (Google docs to Word etc)
be efficient and effective with filing documents
be proactive and time- efficient
format the printer to different settings
be able to send photos to external companies for printing
work well as part of a team and ensure tasks are followed up effectively

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
